RENEWAL
I am a being of energy that is instantly renewable at any time. I challenge my
true nature to express itself as me in this constant renewal process. I am always
cognizant of my connection to Source and feel such gratitude knowing that God
has my back and that nothing that happens cannot be changed for the better. I can
live in as carefree a manner as I choose and know deeply that only joy awaits my
efforts. What could be better than this. I embrace this knowledge with a free spirit
as I release all worries to the Universe for their own resolution.
And so it is.

The class will start with a video about vibrations in our body and spirit. The
idea is to learn how to direct our intent to create the vibrational levels that
create well being and learn how to use these vibrations to enhance well being
and successfully change any vibrations of discord to a higher vibration.
